Our aim is to provide an efficient, friendly service of the highest possible quality standard. We recognise, however, that occasionally things do not go as smoothly as we would like. We welcome your suggestions and there is a suggestion box available for your comments in reception. We offer a formal in-house procedure to deal with your complaints.
Please ask to speak to our Practice Manager who will listen to your problem and try to resolve your problem swiftly and constructively by taking appropriate action.
