Text reminders

Due to unforeseen circumstances that are out with our control we have been informed by NHS Lothian that the system we use for sending our text reminders has been removed from all practices with immediate effect. Patients may receive some recall messages inviting them in for reviews, but from 29th October 2026 this will stop. Please make sure you have a note of any appointments that you have coming up at the Surgery, as it may be a while before we are able to start this service up again through another system. Thank you for your patience at this time.
