New patient medical examinations

We ask all new patients to complete a Health Questionnaire when registering with the practice. These are reviewed by a GP at the time of registration. You may be asked to make and appointment with one of the GPs, or a nurse to have a new patient medical examination. If you have any long term conditions such as Hypertension, Chronic Kidney Disease, Ischaemic Heart Disease, CVA/Stroke, Atrial Fibrillation, Diabetes, Asthma, or COPD, you will be called in annually to see the Practice Nurse and the Phlebotomist if appropriate to monitor these conditions.
