We offer both telephone and face to face appointments. Our reception is open from 8:00am until 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. You may telephone or attend personally during these times. If you feel that you need an urgent consultation please try to phone as early as possible as you will normally be asked to attend that 
morning’s surgery.
As most patients are aware, we have a number of appointments each day that are reserved for acute illnesses that cannot wait for a routine appointment. Patients can call in from 8am for a same day appointment. As with all appointments booked, you will be asked a few questions by our reception team to find out why you need the appointment. We do this to assess how urgent your problem is and when we should be booking you in with the GP.
We will not book a same day appointment without a reason to ensure the right people are being seen at the right time.
We will now no longer accept patients walking into the Surgery for same day appointments until after 9.30am unless it is an emergency.
If you are calling to request an urgent/emergency appointment you will also need to give a reason in order for us to assess how urgently you need to be seen.
If you no longer need to keep an appointment – please cancel this so that we can offer this appointment to someone else.
There may be occasions when your normal GP is absent. Our reception staff will inform you if this is the case and offer you an appointment with another GP. Any inconvenience caused is very much regretted.
