Patient Access problems

We are very aware that some of our patients are struggling with the new security requirements for Patient Access. Unfortunately, this is a Patient Access decision and we are unable to change this at the Surgery. If you are finding this particularly difficult, please send us your prescription request by email to loth.repeatseastlinton@nhs.scot

Make sure you include your name and date of birth within the email text, so we can process your request. We are unable to reply through this email, but your request will be processed as normal and available at the Pharmacy in 72 hours.
