Our doors are now unlocked.

We are now able to offer a few more face to face appointments at the Surgery as restrictions begin to ease.

You will still have the option of a telephone consultation.  Please let reception know if you think you think your problem requires an examination, or you would prefer to be seen face to face.

We still ask that patients wear a mask and use the hand sanitiser on entering the building and continue to keep a distance from other patients.

Please do not enter the building if you have tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 10 days, or are displaying any of the symptoms of Covid-19.

We would like to thank all of our patients for their support and patience through a very difficult couple of years.

We are unable to take prescriptions over the phone.   To order a repeat prescription, please either:

  • Request online.  If not registered please contact the surgery to register for online services.
  • Put your repeat list or a note with your name, date of birth and prescription request and put through our red posting-box that is now be located within the double doors of the practice on the right hand side wall.

If you would like to register for the online service and currently have medication on repeat prescription please download the following form of instructions.

One of our receptionists can give you the relevant numbers needed to complete your registration online.

We will send the prescription to your nominated pharmacy.

Remember to use the hand sanitiser provided when entering the building or wash your hands in the patient toilets.

Please remain courteous to our staff at all times, any incidents of verbal or physical abuse will result in removal from the practice list.

This is a very challenging time for us all and we would appreciate your co-operation during this period of uncertainty.

Our priority is the health and safety of all our patients and staff.

Thank you.
